Return & Refund Policy – 3D Build Club

At 3D Build Club, all products are made using 3D printing technology and many items are customized as per customer requirements. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return / No Refund Policy

• We do not accept returns or refunds for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by customer
  • Customized or personalized products (unless damaged upon arrival)

2. Damaged Product on Arrival (Exception Case)

We only accept returns in case the product is received in a damaged condition.

To claim a return:

• A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory
• The video must:
  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the sealed parcel
  • Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts

❗ Important:

• No video = No claim will be accepted
• Screenshots or images alone will not be considered valid proof

3. Claim Process

• Customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
• Send the video along with order details to:

Our support team will:

• Review the proof
• Approve return if eligible

4. Return Process

• Once approved, the customer must ship the product back (as instructed)
• Product must be returned in original condition

5. Refund Process

• Refund will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Timeline: 5–7 business days after approval

6. Product Nature Disclaimer

• All products are 3D printed and handmade in nature
• Minor variations such as:
  • Layer lines
  • Slight surface texture differences
    are normal and not considered defects
