Design, STL & Intellectual Property Notice

At 3D Build Club, many of our products are created in-house by our team using original design workflows, commissioned design work, customization processes, and, in some cases, AI-assisted tools as part of the creative process.

Because design references, visual motifs, and generative outputs can sometimes resemble existing works available online, an unintentional similarity to a third-party design may occasionally occur despite reasonable review efforts. We do not knowingly copy or intentionally sell infringing designs.

Many of the items offered on our store are made-to-order and include customer-requested personalization such as names, text, colors, sizing, or similar custom modifications. Where applicable, the value we provide includes this personalization, customization, print preparation, and production service. However, personalization or customization does not override or replace any valid third-party intellectual property rights.

If you believe that a product, STL-derived design, image, listing, or other material on our store infringes your copyright, trademark, design right, or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at contact@3dbuildclub.com with the following details:

  • your full name and contact information
  • identification of the work or right you claim ownership of
  • the product URL(s) or page(s) you are concerned about
  • an explanation of the basis of your claim
  • supporting proof of ownership, authorship, registration, publication, or prior use, where available

Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, we may review the matter, contact you for more information, and, where appropriate, temporarily remove, modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the relevant listing or product while the issue is assessed.

We reserve all rights, remedies, and defenses available under applicable law. Publication of this notice reflects our good-faith review process and should not be interpreted as an admission of fault, liability, ownership, or infringement in any specific case.
