When you join the pre-launch list, we collect only the email address you provide and the purpose you select for using the future 3D-printing tools.
How we use it
We use this information to maintain the pre-launch list, notify you when the platform becomes available, associate your email with complimentary launch credits, understand expected tool use, and send relevant product or launch updates.
Your pre-launch credits
Your email is the identifier used to reserve your launch benefit. You should use the same email address when account registration opens so the credits can be matched to your account.
Storage and service providers
The signup list is stored in a protected database within our hosting environment. We may use hosting, security, email-delivery, and platform service providers only to operate the website and communicate with registrants. We do not sell the signup list.
Retention
We retain the information for the pre-launch period, account and credit migration, launch communications, and a reasonable operational period afterward, unless you request removal earlier or applicable law requires a different period.
Cookies and local storage
The website may use essential session storage or cookies to remember whether the signup popup has been shown, protect form submissions, and secure the private signup dashboard. The pre-launch page does not require advertising cookies.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your signup information, or stop launch and product communications. Send your request from the email address concerned so we can verify it.
